Terms

Short version: we talk first, you approve before paying, you own what you pay for.

Conversations first. Nothing on this site is an order. Projects begin only after we've spoken and agreed on scope, in writing (chat counts).

The free preview. The homepage preview costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. If you don't continue, the preview remains our work and our copyright.

Payment. Projects are typically half up front, half on delivery, at the prices agreed before work starts. No hidden fees, no surprise retainers.

Ownership. When a project is paid in full, the site is yours — domain, files, and accounts registered in your name.

Revisions. Each tier includes its stated revision rounds. Bigger changes are quoted honestly before any work happens.

Demos. The demo websites are demonstrations of capability, not products for sale, and their fictional businesses aren't real.

The obvious. Don't use our work to break laws, and neither party is liable for things outside their control. Disputes get resolved the way projects start: by talking.
