Nepal: On arrival, free
Passport (6 mo validity), return ticket, hotel booking. 15 minutes at Kathmandu airport.
Desk note — First visit of the calendar year is free; carry two photos anyway.

How do payments work?
৳3,000 books your seat. The rest is due 10 days before departure — bKash, card or bank, receipts for everything. Card EMI available on trips over ৳15,000.
What if I cancel?
More than 14 days out: full refund minus ৳500. 7–14 days: half. Inside 7 days we've already paid the boats and camps — but your booking transfers to any friend, free.
I'm travelling solo. Is that weird?
A third of every group is solo travellers. Groups cap at 12, names and a WhatsApp group go out a week early — you'll board the bus among acquaintances.
Is the food halal? Any vegetarian option?
All meals halal, always. Vegetarian confirmed at booking — the tea-estate kitchens in particular do it beautifully.
Are flights included in international trips?
Ground packages by default so you can use your own miles or fare hunting; add flights at cost through our desk if you'd rather not think about it.
Who are the guides?
In the hills, local Marma and Bawm guides who grew up on the trails. On the water, crews with a decade in the forest. In Dhaka, us — reachable at 2am, because coaches leave at 6.
