Before you come
Asked, gently answered.
Is there really a women-only floor?
Yes — a separate floor with its own entrance, lounge and hammam, staffed only by women, open all hours we are. Not a time slot. A floor.
Are men welcome?
Yes — the ground floor serves everyone, with male and female therapists you can choose between at booking.
Do you do pregnancy massage?
After the first trimester, yes — side-lying setup, trained therapists, and we'll ask a few questions at booking. Bring your doctor's okay for complicated pregnancies.
What should I bring?
Nothing. Robes, slippers, towels, shower things and a locker are included. Arrive 15 minutes early and start with tea.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free until 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge half, because the room and the therapist were held for you. Rebooking within a week credits it back.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — any amount from ৳2,000, valid a year, wrapped properly. WhatsApp us and we'll have it ready for pickup or send it digitally.
