General medicine

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for general medicine until 12:00, but booked patients are seen first. Specialists are appointment-only.
Which insurance do you accept?
MetLife, Green Delta, Pragati Life and corporate panels for 40+ employers. Bring your card — billing is cashless where your policy allows it.
Are reports really same-day?
For the routine panel (CBC, lipids, glucose, ECG, X-ray) — yes, usually within hours. Specialised panels state their turnaround on the receipt.
Is there a pharmacy on-site?
Yes, ground floor, open 08:00–22:00, stocked against our own prescriptions first.
What about emergencies?
We handle minor emergencies during opening hours. For life-threatening conditions call a hospital emergency line — we will tell you the same on the phone, honestly.
